SHORT STORY COMPETITION

Underground Voices is sponsoring an exciting short story competition with partial proceeds going to READING IS FUNDAMENTAL, a nonprofit program that gets books and literacy resources to kids who need them most.
The competition runs until September 21st (postmarked by September 21st or received via email by September 21st.)
The winner wins $700, publication in the 2013 print anthology of Underground Voices and the story online at the Underground Voices’ website.
2nd place wins $300, publication in the 2013 print anthology of Underground Voices and the story online at the Underground Voices’ website.
3rd place wins $100, publication in the 2013 print anthology of Underground Voices and the story online at the Underground Voices’ website.
The entry fee is $15. Submit up to two stories of no more than 25 pages each.
