Sometimes a little dab will do. Other times, a quarter-hour taste of some serious sumptin’ – sumptin’ kind of makes you want to ingest/digest a whole lot more. But then, on the black hand side, sometimes, you know it’s best to just take it like you find it. And if you don’t dig it, well, leave it like it is.

After all, this is some seriously joyous, Detroit droppings (with a touch of Twin Cities carrying ons) from a grown-ass man what started off his career as pre-teen “Little” Stevie Wonder, an adolescent phenom who, not too long there after, made an album where he played all the instruments: keyboards, harmonica, and drums. Ahh, but I digress.

Here are some sounds from the master blaster. Enjoy!

Kalamu, I just this week stumbled across Stevie Wonder Live at the Talk of the Town in London from 1970. And I’m wondering, “Have I just been sleeping?” Or have people just not talked much about this recording?
