Two prizes
of $1,500 each and publication in December will be given annually for a short story and anESSAY. Joyce Carol Oates will judge in fiction, and Albert Goldbarth will judge in nonfiction.SUBMIT a story or essay of up to 8,000 words with a $20 entry fee, which includes a copy of the prize issue, by June 15.
