ALL-NEGRO COMICS
All Negro Comics was a comic book made by an all-black team of artists and editors to show black people as normal people in comics as opposed to the “tintin in the congo” treatment. They included a wide variety of comics including the detective Ace Harlem and the superhero Lion Man. Further editions were never published because the white-owned paper companies suspended its newsprint supply.
