PUB: The Time and Place Prize Contest

The Time and Place Prize Contest Rules.

All submissions must adhere to the following guidelines:

		All entries must be ORIGINAL and NOT PREVIOUSLY ACCEPTED
		FOR PUBLICATION OR PRODUCTION at the time of submission.

Entries must be in the English language.

Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.

Entries for the 2014 PRIZE must be received by NOVEMBER 30, 2014.

All entries must be sent via email in PDF or Word formats.

All entries must be double-spaced.

Maximum length is 5000 words per entry.

		Your name must NOT appear on any page of the submission. Your
		name and title should be entered in the appropriate fields on the Submit page of our website.

		A completed SUBMISSION FORM, together with the FULL ENTRY FEE
		must accompany each entry.

The non-refundable fee for each entry is $25.

		An author may enter more than one submission provided each
		submission is accompanied by an entry fee.

		Winner(s) will be responsible for obtaining necessary travel
		documents for France (i.e. passport, visa, etc.)

Judges decisions are final.

Authors retain all copyrights to their material.

		The winner(s) will be required to sign a liability waiver for their travel
		and stay in France.

		Failure to follow guidelines will result in disqualification. Should your
		entry be disqualified, you will receive a message stating the reason for disqualification and, time permitting, an opportunity to resubmit at no additional charge.
