Okay.

Now how many of you have tried the thick and creamy goodness known as homemade almond milk?

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of almonds
  • 5 cups of water for soaking
  • 4 cups of water
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Cheese cloth or strainer

Directions:

  • Soak almonds overnight in 5 cups of water. Drain the water.
  • In a blender, blend almonds, vanilla extract, and 4 cups of water.
