CONTEST GUIDELINES
1. Entries may be up to 500 words in length. Any type of prose—fiction, nonfiction, other?—will be considered.
2. A reading fee of $5 (submitted online through Submittable) must accompany each submission.
3. Multiple submissions are welcome. Please submit each piece individually.
4. All entries will be read blind. Information that identifies the author should not appear in the manuscript itself or its file name.
5. Submissions must be previously unpublished.
6. Simultaneous submissions are welcome. Please withdraw the submission upon acceptance elsewhere.
7. Each entry will be read by at least two Sycamore Review editors, with the winner selected by an editorial vote.
8. All contest entries will be considered for regular inclusion in Sycamore Review.
